My commentary:  I love B. Smith, she’s the Black Martha Stewart, in fact both of them have similar paths, both were models before they became domestic divas.  If you ever get a chance to visit Washington, DC, make sure you make a reservation at B. Smith’s Restaurant at Union Station, a very popular tourist attraction.  As a matter of fact, if you take the Amtrak into town, get right off the train and take a seat. You will love it. I recommend the Fried Green Tomatoes as an appetizer!
